These statements constitute those pieces of doctrine that limit, or appear to limit, the timing of the fulfillment of the relevant portions of scripture. In these, either limiting factors prohibit a future fulfillment, or, in some of the more direct ones, they explicitly indicate that the time is then, leaving no opportunity for misunderstanding.
